1. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

2.4 Account Limitation

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one (1) gpwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited. gpwin employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts linked to the same individual will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, residential address, and preferred payment method. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gpwin account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify gpwin immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. gpwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from any unauthorized use of your account, whether or not such use was authorized by you.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to keep all account information accurate, current, and complete at all times. If your personal information changes—including but not limited to your address, phone number, or email address—you must update your account information immediately through the gpwin account settings page or by contacting customer support. gpwin reserves the right to suspend or close accounts containing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.

4. Deposits, Payments, and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

gpwin accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods available to users in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20), Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and credit or debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your gpwin account are lawfully obtained and that you possess full legal right and authority to transfer such funds for the purpose of online gaming. gpwin reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, accounts closed, and may be permanently banned from the gpwin Platform.

gpwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotional terms will not affect bonuses already credited to user accounts unless required by law or in cases of fraud or abuse.

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or account use
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity of any kind
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to manipulate games or circumvent Platform controls
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illicit financial transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or gpwin staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or gpwin systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from gpwin software

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all account balances and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the gpwin Platform (the "Content") are the exclusive property of gpwin or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The gpwin Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. gpwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gpwin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gpwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Force Majeure

gpwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, server failures, or technical malfunctions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the gpwin Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gpwin customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
